Service Description

We can issue a shipping label for you to send your device to us. Once we receive it, we’ll diagnose the issue and let you know what the problem is. If you choose to proceed with the repair, we’ll take care of it after we let you know about the cost, and also youre covered for the return shipping. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we’ll send the device back to you, the cost is already covered by the retainer you paid. Each service you purchase applies to a single item only.
